Personalized Items such as Invitations, and Stationery cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded once proof has been signed. Engraved/Embrodered Items cannot be Exchanged, Changed, or Returned as items are often personalized withing 24 hours of placing order
CHANGES OR EXCHANGES
Invitations orders may be changed or exchanged ONLY before proof is received, or before proof is signed. There can be NO refunds/changes/exchanges or refunds once your proof has been signed. Some changes or exchanges may incur a change or service fee, or may forfeit the cost of original proof. If you have not signed your proof, and need to cancel order you will be billed cost of proof and cancellation fee (if it applies, and depends on manufacturer). If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order and there will be no refunds. If there is any questions as to the possibility of canceling your order, or cancellation fee’s please call and speak with a customer service representative OR email us at email@example.com
There are no exchanges or changes on Personalized and Embroidered Items
Blank stock orders as quickly as possible, so for that reason, we are not able to change or cancel any blank stock orders.
Changes to proof can be made at anytime, however once proof is signed, no other changes can be made, and order will be final. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If item you received was damaged, or not the item you ordered, Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number along with return instructions. We require that all returns be shipped to our facility. If a return is shipped to the manufacturer’s facility, no refund will be provided. We enforce this return policy rule with no exceptions. We, and our manufacturers, process an extremely high volume of orders daily. If a return is shipped to a facility other than our own, we will have no way to know that the merchandise was returned, and the manufacturer will not issue a refund. And I Quote… will only provide a refund when the merchandise is returned to our facility in compliance with the return instructions listed on our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs associated with returns. If a package is refused by the customer or shipped on And I Quote’s shipping account number, the customer will be charged our UPS standard rate for the method of shipment used to return the package back to our facility. If the package is refused and it is returned to the manufacturer’s facility, NO REFUND will be provided.
In the case of And I Quote’s error, (in which for some reason order arrived differently from proof signed) please accept our sincere apologies and rest assured that we will fix the mistake as quickly as possible. Once you notify us, we will offer you a full refund, exchange or credit toward a future purchase. If you opt for a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging to us and will provide you with return information.
Returning a printed order: We are not able to accept returns for custom printed orders. Proofs are provided with each printed order for review and final approval before printing. By approving your order, you are agreeing that the proof is ready to print. Once the proof is approved and the order is printed, the client is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction. And I Quote… will not print your order until you submit an approval fax or email.
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. Depending upon manufacturer, we will try to catch the order before it’s printed. We will try to accommodate your request the most economical way possible, however, in some cases it is not always possible to re-order additional quantities if your order has already shipped, as some manufacturers have minimum reorders. We always recommend you order extra invitations at the time of your order in order to avoid costly reorders, or the inability to reorder your item due to minimum quantity.

NOTE: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method on shipping screen.
Due to the fact that And I Quote drop ships from various vendor locations, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Transit time is 3 – 10 business days after processing. Unprinted orders generally take 2 – 3 days to process unless otherwise stated. Printed orders take 2 – 3 weeks to process unless otherwise stated.
